QA Team Member
Responsabilities:
· Execute and evaluate manual or automated test cases and report test results
· Develop and maintain test plans and documentation
· Understanding of business field and software functionality and architecture
· Continuous monitoring of the applications from a logical, usability and performance perspective
2nd Line Support
Responsabilities:
Understanding of business field and software functionality and architecture
Understanding of data structures and data synchronization processes
Understanding the application deployment process
Make the link between the remote 1st Line Support and the on-site 3rd Line Support (development)
Document and validate documentation related to new functionalities to be developed or issues reported by 1st Line Support.
Application Management
Responsabilities:
Understanding of business field and software functionality and architecture
Understanding of data structures and data synchronization processes
Understanding the application deployment process
Actively participate in the application development and maintenance process
Creating and validating the functional design and usage scenarios
Continuous monitoring of the applications from a logical, usability and performance perspective
Document and validate documentation related to new functionalities to be developed or issues reported by 1st Line Support.
Experience testing in a multi-product agile environment
· Strong experience with Microsoft SQl Server
