Responsibilities:
- Coordinates the Quality Assurance and Quality Management department;
- Performs QA activities related to the production processes; responsible for the continuous improvement of the production processes;
- Performs QM activities – in charge of coordinating and continuous improvement of the ISO standards documentation; involved in developing the process documentation according to the ISO 9001 and TS16949 requirements and periodical follow-up of the documentation;
- Coordinates the quality team and audit team;
- Responsible for planning the audits and all related activities;
- Responsible for solving customer complaints, acts as company’s representative during audits.
Required skills:
- University degree – technical;
- Quality management systems certifications: ISO 9001; ISO TS16949;
- Technical drawing knowledge;
- Control instruments knowledge;
- 5S, Kaizen, 5Why, Ishikawa, JIT, Kanban knowledge;
- PPAP, FMEA, DFMEA knowledge;
- Previous experience in a similar position: minimum 3 years in the automotive sector;
- Production processes knowledge;
- Excellent communication skills; excellent leadership skills, good planner and people organizer; excellent team player;
- Details oriented person, rigorous, methodic, highly adaptable person;
- Willing and motivated to learn new things in his area of activity;
- Advanced English language knowledge (both written and oral); a big plus is Spanish language knowledge;
- Advanced PC skills (MS Office).
