- Independent compiling of test plans, test instructions and working instructions for assembled batteries (in English and in Romanian );
- Statistical evaluation of the product quality (e.g., cpk analyses; eg.);
- Good skills with MS products (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Base knowledge of SAP.
- Realisation and documentation of the first article reports;
- Judgement of supplier's patterns;
- Judgement of product specifications of suppliers;
- Preparation of product specifications for suppliers.
- Preparation and realisation of high-class audits with suppliers;
- Preparation of product specifications for customers;
- Judgement of customer specifications;
- Preparation of test certificates for customers.;
- Analysis of customer complaints and preparation of reports (in English or even better in German);
- Lead from teams for the improvement of the manufacturing quality (e.g., KVP);
- Introduction of correction measures and preventive measures from complaints;
- Realisation of FMEAs to the preventive backup of the product quality;
- Cooperation in the new development of products;
- Cooperation at project works (also with suppliers);
- Construction of test labs (e.g., to the WE check of cells, from tests according to UL 1642 and in 2054, from tests within the scope of UN 38.3) and realisation of these tests. - Experience in build up and maintain of a QM System according DIN ISO 9001 and ISO TS 16949 as well as ISO 14001. - Cooperation in build up QM System according DIN ISO in 9001;
- Cooperation in build up environmetal QM System according ISO 14001. - Preparation and realisation of internal audits according to ISO in 9001, ISO TS 16949 and ISO 14001
