- Responsible for the integrated quality and environmental management system.
- Supports the relation with all suppliers in matter of quality issues.
- Support of the production department in all quality items.
- Development and maintenance of the Quality Plan;
- Development and maintenance of procedures and instructions
- Responsible for the testing laboratory
- Controlling of project specific quality actions according Quality Plan, and the identification and tracking of quality related findings, before they affect the external customer;
- Provision of all quality related costs for the calculation and budgetary purposes;
- Quality reporting and monitoring of corrective actions in accordance with project team stipulation;
- Supports the release of customer approval (e.g. process capability studies) by supervising, that the requirements fixed in the Quality Plan are fulfilled;
- Support of quality, production and service employee training in cooperation with the manufacturing planner / engineer;
- University degree in engineering – preferred electronics / mechatronics;
- Automotive cable experience at least 5 years
- Ability to work with standards and procedures;
- Ability to define problems, collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions;
- Very good communication, presentation and teamwork skills with a proven ability to deliver results;
- English language professional level is a must (Italian – preferable)
- Knowledge of Quality methods (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC) and quality tools (8D, Ishikawa diagram, Pareto)
