• Sourcing and pre-screening suitable candidates for our UK clients
• Conducting, managing and leading interviews with candidate from Romania and other EU countries
• Collecting the required documentation from interviewed candidates
• Building strong working relationships with external recruitment partners
• Ensuring all new paperwork is completed upon commencement of employment of all candidates
• Maintaining a database
Key Skills Required:
• Previous experience in HR / Recruitment
• Advanced English (speaking and writing)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong relationship building and supplier management skills
• Administration skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced, progressive environment
• Ability to work in a team
