Responsibilities:
- To identify the profile for the agency’s clients;
- CV and phone screening;
- Creating Job Descriptions based on the information received from the client;
- To schedule candidates for interviews;
- To participate to phone/face to face interviews;
- To promote the activity of the agency;
- Starting date - End of September/August.
Requirements:
- Psychology/Communication/Economical Studies/Tech Studies;
- Passionate for Human Resources;
- The desire to learn new things and to work in the field;
- Curiosity;
- Sincere, communicative and determinate;
- Advanced analysis and synthesis skills;
- The ability to learn by himself/herself;
- Open-minded and the ability to think outside the box;
- Flexibility;
- The ability to adapt to different stressful situations;
- Optimistic person;
- Medium level / fluency in English;
