Tasks:
• Ensureas a tight collaboration with the KAM, Marketing, CCSD and Supply Chain to ensure that all policies are calibrated and in line
• Works together with the distribution partners towards accomplishing individual and organizational goals/targets
• Ensures visibility of the products through merchandising, planograms usage and promotional activities
• Explores new business opportunities within the designated area
• Maximising the impact of the brands on the consumer through visibility / accessibility according to the P2P plans / channels.
• Recruitment, selection and motivation of the staff in own region
• Identification of staff training needs and development of the sales force on the market
• Budgeting
• Standard operating procedures implementation
Adecco Permanent Placement is looking for its client, the world’s leading nutrition, health and wellness company, 2 Regional Sales Managers (1 Cluj Area and 1 Brasov Area), with advanced English knowledge(minimum CEF B2 accepted).
Candidate’s profile:
If you have more than 4 years sales experience and you were exposed to the Generating Demand functions, you might be the right candidate for the role.
In adittion to the above, you should also:
• Pay attention to details, be results oriented and able to deliver on streched deadlines and under high levels of pressure;
• Be able to use Microsoft Office package on a daily basis, intermediate level or above accepted only
• Demonstrate constant levels of energy and prove a team player attitude
• Have a proactive beahaviour and demonstrate constant ownership and leadership skills
• Have very good communication and negociation skills
