Managing relationships with potential customers, both B2B (70%) and Distribution (30%), research and assessment of the sales/development potential.
Locations: Romania (with focus on SE part), Moldova and other neighboring regions as an opportunity;
Presenting the company products and solutions;
Managing sales in order to meet company’s objectives;
Searching for new business opportunities and managing ongoing relationships;
Developing relationships with direct (System Integrators, Engineering) and indirect (End-users and contractors) customers
Managing Technical support and Engineering support;
Maintain clients database involved in filling CRM;
Customer Service support in issues connected to order processing according to the field of responsibilities;
Offering to the customer the solutions according to Value Based Sales Strategy;
Follow-up on projects status and commercial part;
Direct reporting to headquarters of the company and General Manager as a direct supervisor.
Taking over this position you should expect heavy travelling in Romania (80% of working time) and region when visiting customers and contractors, looking for new businesses.
Adecco Permanent Placement is looking for a Sales Engineer to be responsible for Sales of conveyor systems to customers in Romania, and also for establishing, developing and managing relationships with direct and indirect customers. He/she will become part of a multinational team and reporting to HQ located in Ukraine.
The target of a Sales Engineer is to increase company presence at the market and create sales volume according to company’s goals.
Requirements:
• Mechanical Engineering University degree or Experience in work in company with according profile;
• Minimum 5 year experience in sales of industrial goods/services;
• Very good communication and negotiation skills on different levels;
• Technical thinking;
• Ability to organize his/her activity and manage the sales activity in Romania;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal in
English (upper Intermediate or higher) and any additional language skills (particularly Russian, Slovak, Polish) would be beneficial;
• B car license required;
• Time management skills, punctuality;
• Honest, Trustworthy & Loyal;
• Professional bearing and attitude;
• Self-motivated, hard working.
