The Social Media Specialist will execute superior customer service and interaction via our website and social media channels. This role will monitor and track all customer feedback in digital environments and support internal and external teams with reporting.


CERINTE

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Execute social media strategy through competitive research, messaging, audience identification, and reporting.
• Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content, building meaningful connections and encouraging community member engagement.
• Increase the visibility of the Masterbuilt brand online.
• Manage both on-page SEO and off-page SEO for the company.
• Moderate all user-generated content in keeping with the policies for each channel.
• Maintain and execute editorial calendars for digital content.
• Capture and analyze the appropriate social/digital data, metrics, insights, best practices, and consumer feedback, and report back to the appropriate teams for actions and follow-through.
• Collaborate with multiple teams (Customer Service, Marketing, Development, etc…) to manage brand reputation online, identify key advocates, and coordinate action plans.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes with SEO and major search engines.

Requirements:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
• Thorough knowledge of search ranking and optimization factors and key algorithm updates.
• Proficiency in web analytics software and keyword tools.
• Experience with data-driven SEO analysis and optimization.
• Excellent verbal and written English language skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy with grammar and spelling.
• Past experience producing content for the web specifically, as well as channel-specific knowledge (blog, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
• Proven work experience in social media or related field.
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills required with both internal and external customers.
• Proactive and initiative-driven.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Experience in handling sensitive and confidential information and situations with discretion.
• Proficiency in using social media software to monitor social media conversations. You will be our ear to the ground to route the appropriate marketer, sales rep, and/or support rep to social conversations.
