As a solution architect, you will have the opportunity to apply and develop both technical and soft skills. You will understand business process and requirements, document the functional and non-functional requirements. Through collaboration with business developers and technology specialists, you will use your software technologies expertise to define technical solutions and to support client presentations.
What will your responsibilities look like?
Analyze and understand the business flows and requirements provided by business developers
Collaborate with business developers in order to clarify all the requirements
Define and document the technical solution
functional and non-functional requirements
business and technical flows
architectural components and technologies
integration between main components
integration with external systems
Collaborate with technology specialists in order to detail the solution architecture and deliver Proof of Concept to the client.
Present and sustain with arguments the solution in from of the client
What abilities will you need?
Experience working with business support applications (e.g. CRM, ERP, SFA, e-commerce, call center, BI, portals, DMS)
Clear understanding of business processes
Ability to quickly research and learn about technical components and their integration
Experience defining technical solutions
Experience documenting business processes, technical architecture, functional and non-functional requirements, including diagrams (activity, flows, status diagrams)
Presentation skills
