We provide Virtual Tours for houses for sale and for rent in Canada and we are now expanding in the US as well.
We are No. 1 Virtual Tour Provider in Canada.
Your job responsibilities are as follows:
Provide Customer Service to Real Estate agents in Canada
The Real Estate agents will provide you the address where they need Photos to be taken and you will locate those addresses on Google Maps and assign them to the nearest Photographer in that area
Based on the Google Maps directions you will need to estimate the time the photographer takes from one address to another and book the Photo Shoots accordingly.
Inbound and Outbound calls to confirm appointments for Photo Shoots with the Real Estate Agents
Create a schedule for our Canadian Photographers using Google maps, based on the requests you receive from the Real Estate Agents
Provide support for new Agents that are not familiar with their Control Panel.
Working schedule: 4 PM - 2 AM , 5 PM - 3 AM
3 Weekends OFF per month! Schedule will be discussed in detail at the Interview.
Good PC skills ( Windows 7, Windows XP, MAC knowledge is a plus but not mandatory, familiar with Mozilla Thunderbird, Google Maps, Office)

English level- Advanced ( Spoken and Written )
Call center/ Customer Service experience is a must
