• Clearly understands Customer’s needs, goals, strategies and specifics in different categories
• Maintain permanent contact between the Agency and the Client, from defining customized marketing initiatives till their effective implementation and post-implementation analysis
• Realize the required project budget, project plans
• Manage and monitor budgets and resources (internal and external)
• Write creative brief with the client's needs
• Engage in creative work together with the colleagues from Creative department
• Carry out the campaigns together with the colleagues from Field department
• Prepare and sustain presentations to Client; realize implementation reports for the Client
• Maintain good relations and collaboration both with his / her commercial partners as well as with the colleagues
• Negotiate contracts with Suppliers, respecting internal procedures and guidelines
• Keep a competitive eye on what is happening in the specific market.
• Experience in marketing / sales (either in agency, either in B2B or FMCG)
• Client oriented; acts as point of contact between Client and Agency
• Very good communication and collaboration skills
• Responsibility and adaptability
• Strong planning and organizing abilities in order to ensure an efficient implementation of marketing campaigns
• Ability to deliver on time, respecting the dead-lines agreed with the Client
• Problem solver; positive, can see opportunities when challenges appear
• English language
