• Use his/her communication abilities in order to resolve all price disputes arisen from vendors;
• Dispute resolution for pricing differences.
• Prepare and maintain various reports;
• Reach and maintain the agreed SLAs;
• Ensure all requests (by all communication means including but not limiting to e-mail, phone, fax, letter) are received in a timely manner and response time is minimized;
• Ensure all requests are planned and handled properly;
• Update and make accessible documentation for the processes;
• Ensure the update and development of processes and procedures.
• Work experience min 1 years accounts payable ;
• Microsoft Office tool knowledge, Excel very good;
• SAP experience desired but not mandatory;
• Foreign languages knowledge: English Advanced, Dutch minimum level B2/ German minimum level B1
