- Timely and correct invoice booking &matching;
- Invoices error handling with suppliers by e-mail & telephone;
- Assist ERM GE&AT Account Payables accountants and service centers in accounting queries and issues;
- The required service levels for Account Payables processes / issues / requests;
- Up-to-date and accessible documentation for the processes.
- Work experience min 3 year, from which bookkeeping min 2 years;
- Deep understanding of the bookings and performance of accounting analysis for accounts payables;
- Microsoft Office tool knowledge, Excel very good;
- SAP experience;
- Foreign languages knowledge: German min B1, English medium;
- Communication and relational skills, initiative and curiosity;
- Orientation to details, high level of accuracy and efficiency, autonomy and organization;
- Ability to work as part of a team.
Working schedule:
- From Monday to Friday 9:00 to 18:00;
