RESPONSABILITATI

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-established international company as an
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

With the following resposibilities:

Provide accounting support (invoice control, monthly financial reports, T&E Expense tracking & control, local accounting provider coordination);
Offers support to the country manager (business partners meetings logistics, travel logistics, T&E coordination / reporting);
HR liaison.
Organize vacation schedules;
Office records and chronological files maintenance;
Office supplies management.


CERINTE

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:

Driven & Mature personality;
Willing to perform multiple tasks;
Highly competent on time management;
Advanced knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
2 – 3 years experience in administrative roles and basic accounting;
Previous experience in the beverage industry not essential but useful.
