- Provide secretarial support, clerical, technical and administrative duties;
- Schedule appointments, read and respond to correspondence
- Organize and facilitate meetings (internal and external customers/partners) and coordinate conference logistics as required;
- Professional travel management
- Write meetings minutes and follows up on action items;
Assists the Department Managers in preparation of presentation materials;
- Organize team buildings and other internal events;
- Project and bugetary controlling
- Ensure office communication and information flow
- Organization and monitoring of office supplies
- Active communication and correspondence with suppliers and all METRO companies both national and international
- Checking of invoices, cost centers splitting, follow up payments
Education: University degree
Professional experience:
- Previous experience in a similar position is a plus
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Fluent in English language, both written and spoken
- Dynamic, creative and reliable
- Good communication skills
- Organized person
- Strictly respect on confidentiality
- Accountancy knowledge
