RESPONSABILITATI

MAIN DUTIES

Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Answer and direct phone calls or take messages
Check, sort and forward emails
Greet and welcome visitors
Edit, proof-read and copy documents
Prepare outgoing mail and act as point of contact with couriers
Schedule appointments and meeting rooms
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
Keep updated records and files
Make travel arrangements


CERINTE

Strong communication and people skills
Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Customer service orientation
Advanced user of MS Word
Functional spoken and written English (German would be a plus)
Familiarity with office machines (phone, fax, printer, copier, conference call equipment.)
