Responsibilities:
Informs staff and providers about procedures and requirements of acquisition department;
Is responsible for support administrative functions of the aquisitions for the departments of the company;
Respects and acts in accordance with internal rules and procedures of the purchasing department;
Keeps the data base, files, records to provide all documents and information necessary for internal or external audit;
Checks and corrects errors in delivery of aquisitions;
Generates the Purchase Order in the procurement program;
Investigates and resolves discrepancies in financial terms of procurement documents (invoices, orders, contracts);
Gets payments approval and deliver the bills to the Financial Department;
Asks and correlates all the additional information from other departments in order to address cumulative purchase requests to the suppliers;
Supports and participates in defining and implementing corrective actions in the purchase department;
Informs QSE department or any other technical department when needed to make a technical acceptance of goods/ services purchased.
Requirements:
University degree;
Good knowledge of English;
PC skills;
SAP knowledge will be an asset;
Very good communication skills (written and oral);
Ability to interact effectively with all employees of the company, at each hierarchical level of organization in order to fulfill job duties;
Customer orientation;
Organizational skills;
Time management skils, ability to prioritize tasks.
