Responsible for weekly forecasts / estimates of sales and national campaigns;
Responsible for maintaining commercial relations with suppliers;
Responsible for releasing and for following orders to internal / external suppliers;
Responsible for maintaining a proper professional relationship with customers
Responsible for part loads deliveries;
Stock Management: safety stock, average stock, slow movers and non-movers minimization, write-offs;
Proper order management in coordination with warehouse management (limited storage space);
Responsible for processing orders and documents for export;
Follow-up for compliance with agreed contractual conditions;
Price differences control, minimization and adequate approval from Customers’ counterparts
Master Data maintenance: receiving accurate and complete information from client / Supplier (Product information file), enabling / disenabling permanent / temporary articles, other logistics and financial Master Data;
Permanent update of sales prices, price lists, SCIPS Master Data according to internal procedures;
Price pre-calculation, Price List preparation
Responsible for price introduction in the internal application;;
Responsible for verification and authorization of invoices received from suppliers vs. orders placed (prices, quantities);
Create internal and external reports (IN-OUT movements reports, non- movers, slow movers, acquisitions reports, vendors reports, price differences reports etc.);
Create specific activity reports.
University degree level or equivalent professional-standard (Math, Economics, Science or Engineering preferred);
1 - 3 years procurement experience;
Customer relation experience
Stock Management Knowledge
Analytical and problem solving capabilities;
IT Knowledge Microsoft Office – Excel, ERP system
Good communication skills;
Fluent in English.
