- The main and basic purpose is supervision over proper implementation of any instructions in subordinated region.
Implementation and coordination general rules of arrangement and organization of promotional and clearance actions in particular region.
Supervision over strict implementation of shop window instructions in a subordinated region.
Supervision over appropriate frequency of clothes exposition changes in a store.
Supervision over appropriate illumination arrangement on shop windows and inside a store and quick response to any irregularities related to illumination in a store.
Supervision over appropriate filling of store with goods.
Supervision over proper price marks depending on season and action.
Supervision over proper hanging of graphic material and their seasonal character in stores.
Supervision over proper arrangement and use of any free-standing furniture and keeping appropriate communication routes (according to current guidelines).
Supervision over cleanliness in a store
Supervision in a particulate region over appropriate amount (inside a store and on shop window) of: graphic materials, mannequins, torsos, furniture, furniture elements, any type of price tags etc. List of missing elements and should be directed with justification to the Head Office.
Regular visits AND WORKS in stores (not always announced, to check authentic state of a store).
Pointing at faults and making corrections in a scope of VM /during visits and based on picture documentation/ and active help in case of filling with goods (with agreement with Product Manager, Store Manager, Allocation and Planning Department in the Head Office).
Trainings for Decorators in stores.
Training of Managers and Deputies in particular region.
Responsibility for sending on time pictures to the Head Office.
Coordination of openings of new shops
Reporting: post- visiting, monthly reports, etc.
Recruitment of store Decorators with Store Manager.
Abilities to motivate individual Decorators and if necessary, write improvement plans for particular persons, stores.
Applying to the Store Manager or/and Regional Sales Manager for bonuses, awards, motivational tools etc. for Decorators.
English good level
Technical skills ; working with camera and computer ( Microsoft Office, Adobe, Corel, internet )
Experience in such position minimum 2 years in international clothes company
Special VM knowledge is obligatory
Driving license is advantage
Communicative , dynamic, open minded , willing to business travels
Computer, telephone, camera, permanent access to the Internet
