with main responsibilities:
To manage and co-ordinate all VM activity ensuring consistent look across the stores of his/her responsibility
To work effectively with both local store teams, Marketing and Store Design resource to deliver great looking stores
Ensure local Visual and Commercial teams are implementing easy-to-shop layouts
People and Resource Management (Can implement people policies and processes, i.e. recruitment, performance management, training and setting structures)
Planning and Implementation (Work with the Marketing team to develop and implement a strategic visual plan, plan and prioritise the management of key events)
The successful candidate should have the following attributes:
University Degree (Arts is an advantage)
Relevant working experience (in a similar role in the retail industry), minimum 5 years
Very good command of English language
Good knowledge of Ms Office, AUTO CAD preferably
Capable of managing budgets
Strong commercial acumen, spotting risks and opportunities, driving through solutions
A comprehensive understanding of stock Management systems
