Position purpose: Manages administrative and business process in order to coordinate superior’s daily activity with other departments from company and NIS a.d, by independently handling a part of the delegated activity.
Main Responsibilities:
Gather, compile, and verify information received from other departments and enter it accurately into documents such as reports, presentations, forms or databases;
Respond to, or redirect, routine inquiries from external or internal sources about the organization, its activities, or processes (without offering confidential information) so callers/visitors are answered promptly and accurately;
Participates in meetings with the purpose of taking conclusion and write minutes in order to improve communication and allow direct superior to take accurate decisions;
Follows up the fulfillment of further actions previously discussed during the meetings, according to deadlines. Send reminders and organizes, archives, evaluates and performs data processing in order to meet objectives set by direct superior;
Deals with incoming or forwarded emails faxes and documents;
Translating original texts, documents from/to Romanian, Russian and English;
Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations; proofreading, editing, and revising translated materials;
Is responsible for managing the approval process of contracts and normative methodological documents within Company.
Requirements:
Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to work under pressure;
Fluency in Russian, English and Romanian;
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, (especially Excel application and Power Point);
Team player, honest;
