- realizeaza acte aditionale
- realizeaza contracte de munca pentru noii angajati
- gestioneaza relatia cu ITM -ul
- proceseaza si introduce informatii in softul pentru salarii
- contacteaza telefonic unii candidati in procesul de recrutare si posteaza intalnirile in planificarea TMF
- ofera asistenta HR in orice domeniu in functie de complexitatea activitatii (suport administrativ pe training, suport evenimente RU etc)
- minim 6 luni experienta in zona administrativa RU
- cunostinte medii Excel, Power point
- studii superioare in curs sau absolvite
- utilizarea limbii engleze la un nivel avansat
- abilitati de comunicare scris si verbal foarte bune
