Manages the office agenda, the meeting schedules, insures the observance of meeting schedules, reprograms meetings if necessary
2. Assists the CEO in work and business meetings, attends meetings presided by the CEO , drafts the meeting agendas and minutes of the meetings, acts as a liaison between the CEO and the rest of the company in the development and implementation of different projects
3. Provides assistance and performs administrative tasks such as travel arrangements, booking of seminars and training, ordering of equipment and office supplies
4. Organizes meetings and events observing the company protocol rules
5. Collects data from the company departments, maintains different types of relevant databases, drafts reports and presentations for the CEO

Job Requirements
• University degree or student
• Previous experience in a similar function is an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Advanced English or French is mandatory and will be tested
