RESPONSABILITATI

Job Mission:

To provide efficient Executive Assistant services and perform duties in accordance with the general requirements of the role. Duties include working closely with the General Manager, general secretarial tasks, greeting and receiving visitors, customer relations, information research, generic marketing activities etc.

Job Responsibilities:

- Assisting the General Manager (GM) in fulfilling all his responsibilities within the company;
- Managing the GM’s agenda;
- Performing standard secretarial tasks (screening telephone calls, inquiries and requests, and appropriate handling; dealing with incoming emails, faxes and post; correspondence management – receiving and writing letters/emails etc; taking minutes; business translations);
- Providing support in building and maintaining a good relationship with various customers and partners both from Romania and abroad;
- Acting as the General Manager’s first point of contact with people from inside and outside the organization;
- Carrying out background/market research and presenting findings as requested by General Manager;
- Elaborating various reports and presentations whenever necessary;
- Performing various marketing-related tasks;
- Regularly updating databases (mailing lists, client / business contacts, etc.);
- Greeting visitors or callers and assisting with information/ redirecting them to specific departments in the company accordingly;
- Arranging travel and accommodation for General Manager’s business trips.


CERINTE

- University degree (preferably Business/Economics/Marketing);
- Experience in a similar position - minimum 2 years;
- Excellent PC skills: knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet - English and Romanian advanced; French is a strong plus
- Understanding of large business organizations and their business cycles is preferred;
- Excellent planning, organizing and prioritizing skills
- Independent, Achiever, Self-Starter, Proactive
- Results orientated and multi-tasking;
-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline requirements complimenting a proactive and flexible approach with a resilient nature;
- Creative Problem Solving abilities;
- Very good interpersonal and communication skills, multi-cultural awareness;
