You will act as a first line support for catching and recording interactions and request from local users.
You will provide level 2 operation support, monitor activity and log problems, may diagnose accessibility, availability or operability problems, implement approved solutions, escalate/communicate issues when necessary.
You will participate in short-term project planning efforts with team members
You will need to demonstrate empathy against users concerns, have strong team spirit to collaborate with remote peers.
You like to stay current on industry trends.
You’re able to assist in the evaluation of future technologies and make recommendations.
