RESPONSABILITATI

• Realizare activitati administrative si office management;
• Realizare traduceri, redactare texte spaniola, interpretariat romana – spaniola si invers;
• Relationare cu echipa de la nivel national si international;
• Suport in gestionarea de operatiuni de baza contabilitate si resurse umane;

• Suport in gestionarea relatiei cu furnizorii, plata facturilor de utilitati, lansarea comenzilor si aprovizionarea adecvata in functie de necesitati;
• Suport in organizarea de documente si arhivare;
• Organizare protocol, asistenta oferita diverselor servicii.

Pentru filiala noastra din Bucuresti cautam un asistent administrativ part-time cu un nivel inalt de cunoastere a limbii spaniole care sa-i permita traducerea, redactarea de texte si interpretariatul.
