World Phoning Group is looking for German, Italian, French & English speakers that will support an E-Commerce platform, by dealing with customers world wide and premium products ONLY via email.
Our ideal candidate would be a proactive and customer oriented team player, with excellent written skills.

The overall responsibility will be:
- Handle e-mails, ensure consistent productivity & quality of service and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Respond and resolve promptly to customer inquiries and complaints
- Process orders, forms, applications and requests
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated departments
- Meet Quality and Productivity standards as imposed by the Client
