• Indentify opportunities/projects in construction market
• Obtain relevant information about opportunities
• Centralise, analise and continous up-date of information regarding construction projects
• Project follow-up inside the team and with target groups
• Ability to understand commercial models for construction projects.
• Customer oriented.
• Great communication skills, both verbal and written
• Skilled computer user (Microsoft Excel) and fast learner of specific software (Microsoft Dynamics Navision).
• Fair affinity to technology.
• Team-oriented, communicative and proactive personality who loves to work independently.
• Completed education linked on engineering (final year student applications are accepted).
• Very good English skills (German is a plus).
• Very good MS Office skills
As a plus, not mandatory:
• Professional technical experience in a similar environment.
• Experience in dealing with CRM systems.
Living in 2nd district (Obor, Colentina, Lacul Tei) and owner of personal car (fuel discount granted) would be a plus
