RESPONSABILITATI

For one of our clients, a multinational company who provides business process services, printing equipment, hardware and software technology for its clients,we are looking for a strongly motivated graduate for the Learning and Development Department.

You will be responsible for:

• Organizing course materials;
• Emailing confirmations to employees, managers and course owners;
• Data base management / Training entry (end to end process: creation to evaluation);
• Payments & Invoicing;
• Reporting;
• Handling complaints and issues that may occur in the system;
• Booking Hotel accommodation or informing sites of any die try requirements;
• Speaking on the phone with the employees, course owners, HR managers and sites.


CERINTE

We are looking for:

• English and German fluency;
• Previous experience in the costumer support field and call-center is highly appreciated;
• Good Excel and Word command;
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize work and manage time based on business needs;
• Excellent administration skills and good organization skills with attention to detail;
• Analytic and problem solving mind.
