Bank reconciliation and Accounts Receivable Specialist

RESPONSABILITATI

Processes bank accounts reconciliation, accounts receivable transactions, and related GL postings;

Communicates with internal Operations and Accounting departments, or Bank contacts to resolve unmatched bank postings;

Communicates with the team and Third Party via telephone and email;

Processes internal accounting documents (corrections, reclassifications etc;);

Controls the booking of the documents processed in order to assure the accuracy;

Produces and reports control evidence and banking accounts justification in accordance with internal control procedures;

Seeks opportunities for Continuous Improvement initiatives in cooperation with Team Manager;

Takes responsibility for own professional development and growth.
