Work closely with the Contract Administration Team in order to ensure promptness and accuracy in dispatching invoices to external customers;
Perform due diligence validation checks on all customer invoices, in order to ensure accuracy;
Ensure all invoices are dispatched to customers in a timely fashion and in accordance with the then-current process;
Contribute to updating and improving the invoice dispatch process, to ensure it is both comprehensive and efficient;
Document customer and/or region specific invoice dispatch requirements;
Achieve role specific KPI targets and to demonstrate overall effectiveness;
Responsible to provide specific reports, on a recurring basis and/or as needed;
Responsible to prepare specific cover documentation, accompanying external customer invoices;
Resolve internal queries;
Liaise with other teams to ensure high standards of service;
Involved in systems and application testing activities, as needed.
Fluency in English is a must; a second language is considered an advantage;
Team-player with high ethical standards;
Self-starter and dedication;
Excellent planning and organizing skills;
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Prior experience in a complex multi-national and multi-cultural environment – is considered an advantage.
