RESPONSABILITATI

The role will require leading and supervising the SSC Billing Team to ensure accounting services are seamlessly provided to Temenos group. It will require close monitoring of the operations, provide technical guidance and support to the team, interacting with the stakeholders on a day to day basis.

Ensure all billing activities in scope for SSC are performed accurate, efficient and according with Temenos timetable;
Act as a Subject Mater Expert on Service (time and material) billing process;
Identify and implement best practices and process improvements;
Responsible for updating and maintenance of process procedures;
Working together with Quality team on creating and implementing relevant KPIs to measure process efficiency & accuracy;
Ensure all KPIs met the required levels;
Ensure effective implementations of controls as per Internal Control System requirements ;
Deal with escalations coming from the internal customer and provide efficient resolution for the issues;
Regular reviews with the internal customers & the other stakeholders;
Coaching and supporting team members, developing internal talent;
Owning and facilitating daily team meetings for better process performance and enhancement ;
Perform such other tasks related with SSC deliverables as may be required from time to time.


CERINTE

Bachelor degree in Economics, preferably Accounting;
Proven Experience in Finance and Accounting (more than 4 years);
People management skills - prior experience of minimum 2 years in leading a small to medium size team;
Fluency in English and preferable French;
Team-player with high ethical standards;
Prior experience in a complex multi-national and multi-cultural environment;
Experience working with Microsoft Office;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Analytic skills.
