Responsible for the development and performance of sales activities in assigned market. Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer portfolio.
Analyze the market in order to identify new growth opportunities
Establish branch policies, goals and objectives base on HQ Strategy
Provide administrative support to sales and marketing teams
Coordinating and monitor staff in order to perform daily activities
Handle, maintain and update customer and financial database
Provide logistic support to administrative staff
Establish branch budget and expenses
Recruit, select, hire and train new branch employees
