- Responsible for the branch activity
- Responsible to achieve strategic outcomes and business goals, maximize profit targets, and meet the needs of the company's clients, candidates and colleagues
- Responsible to provide direction and inspiration for the team within the branch
- Responsible for branch P&L (profit and lost reports)
- Will create an environment which will accelerate profit growth
- Will recruit, retain and develop the best people to provide a superb service to customers
- Promote and maintain customer relations with new and current clients
- Monitoring of competitions activities
- Represent the company at conferences, meetings, exhibits and other special events;
- Promote new and existing programs and initiatives
- Hiring, training and developing staff
- Focusing the staff on building productive candidate and client relationships, to enhance the success and profitability of the branch that you lead.
Main key activities:
- Sales & Service Activities - 70% of the time
- Team Management- 15% of the time
- Finance and Management Control-10% of the time
- Analysing and Planning - 5% of the time
- Strong sales skills
- Experience in sales to B2B sector - at least 2 years
- Master's degree (economical or management)
- Good negotiations skills
- An experienced manager with a directly related business background - must be professional staffing
- A demonstrable record of achievement both personally and through the team
- Experience in running a business profit and loss
- Excellent people skills through the use of listening, influencing, negotiation and persuasive skills.
- A proven track record of business growth
- Fluent English skills
- Excellent candidate and customer relationship skills-you must be able to produce personally as well as manage other people
