- Delivers sustainable growth of the main KPIs (volume, net sales, and market share) of Brand by plans and actions that result in enduring bonds with the consumers and growing brand health;
- Enhances company performance in the segment with new brands pursuing tactical and regional opportunities;
- Develop the yearly brand plan and brand budget;
- Implement and/or supervise the brand plan execution;
- Refine and implement the marketing mix;
- Draw promotional & advertising campaigns to consumer and trade;
- Analyze consumer/customer data to ensure business decisions are taken with brand interest in mind;
- Controlled & updated follow-up of the budget spending per month and activity;
- Provides the brand context to the 3-year plans and writes the annual brand plans;
- Leads the brand innovation process.
- University degree (Marketing preffered).
- At least 3 year consumer marketing experience;
- Experience in brand management for a local brand is an important advantage;
- Experience in sales is an advantage;
- Experience in managing agencies and outside suppliers;
- Analytical skills;
- Presentation skills;
- Strategic mind ( brand essence, image, consumer trends);
- Creative thinker;
- Project management skills;
- Fluent in English;
- Computer literacy;
- Driver’s license.
