Main responsibilities:
- High responsibility to deliver the brand objectives: market share, P&L and brand image indicators;
- Redesign brand identity and positioning;
- Develop and implement brand strategy mid - short term through excellent integrated communication plans ( ATL / BTL / PR / digital / in store ) and efficient budget management;
- Actively guard and develop the entire marketing mix ( new product & packaging development, pricing, distribution and communication );
- Lead the design and implementation of all brand activities with the internal partners, agencies and suppliers;
- Master competition monitoring, market & consumer understanding;
- Provide efficient support for Trade Marketing programs and volume forecasting
- Minimum 3-4 years of marketing experience, preferable in FMCG;
- University degree and good English are a must;
- Knowledge of all marketing tools;
- Very dynamic person, well organized and deadline delivery;
- Excelling in communication skills and team player.
