Procurement Support (Marketing/Vendor ops)
- Become expert on the company’s procurement system - provide support/advice on system queries from business
- Own and investigate issues with payments/invoices to suppliers/partners
- Pro-actively monitor the PO process for raisers and ensure compliance with company process/policy
Budgeting & Spend
- Own the business control process for marketing accrual process and investigations required. Single point of contact for finance on marketing accrual process.
- Support business managers with accrual process for marketing and COGS spend
- Support business planning for marketing budgeting
- Internal reporting for marketing back-up requirements. Ensure external reporting provided by marketing managers.
Contracts
- Administrative support for the UK Tru-print contract
- Maintain the contract repository
Escalations & Exceptions management
- Timely follow up on ad-hoc items
Education and Experience Required
- First level university degree or equivalent experience (economics preferred)
- Typically 2-4 years of experience in a finance / supply chain function
Knowledge and Skills Required
- Knowledge of & experience in order management, invoicing & customer relationship management
- Understands order & invoicing requirements as part of the E2E process in support of the account & the customer
- Self-starter who can work independently and propose, plan and execute tasks through to completion
- Ability to adapt and work effectively under shifting priorities and quick change.
