• Enter customer orders in SAP
• Coordinate with sales department and communicate to customers information about shipping dates, product availability, back orders, prices
• Utilizing a proactive sales approach with every customer interaction to uncover additional sales opportunities.
• Collect customer complaints in timely and professional manner and enter them in SAP
• Follow up on status of resolving open issues with complaints/ returns
• Execute purchasing activities (office material, car and printer leasing contracts, postal services)
• Sign payment orders
• Collect incoming documentation and provide to accounting for booking (act as internal contact to external accounting)
• Knowledge of CS and sales principles and practices
• 2+ year of previous experience in Customer Service.
• Understanding of key elements of business processes (purchasing, sales, finance)
• High commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• SAP experience is considered as advantage
