You will analyze pending enhancement requests, gather detailed requirements from the beneficiaries and discuss them with the development team. You will identify the need for new features and modules that support the technical and sales teams in their daily work.
Guiding new features and modules from the very initial idea to a succesful implementation including testing and training is essential.
As many departaments such as legal, finance, management, controlling, sales, support and developemnt are involved, different views of how things should be done are inevitable. You will carefully analyze and identify the best silution together with the group.
Key responsibilities
- You will be the interface between development team and marketing, support, finance, legal, sales
- Create requirements and specifications of projects together with the beneficiaries
- Analyze the information and data you have collected in relation to the proposed developments
- Organize project meetings. Take a leading role in creating project plans and ensure projects milestones are met
- You will be in charge of testing the project deliverable before it is handed over
