What will your responsibilities look like?
Identify iQuest’s customer needs and translate them into functional requirements
Collaborate in initial phases of project generation to identify high-level customer needs
Constantly develop business domain knowledge in specific areas of the Public Sector
Elaborate functional and technical requirements
Manage and build relationships with stakeholders based on the understanding of their needs and influence
Elicit requirements using document analysis, interviews, requirements workshops, surveys, onsite visits, use cases, scenarios, business processes, etc.
Analyze and synthesize information elicited from stakeholders
Define and manage the plan to deliver requirements, documents and manage requirements throughout the project life-cycle
Create and deliver corresponding artifacts as needed (FRD, BRD, Use Cases, Business Processes, etc…)
Validate and verify that the functional and non-functional requirements are appropriately implemented within the solution
Provide support to the architects, UX designers and developers in defining technical solutions
Develop and conduct test plans & test cases for QA, UAT
Work closely with the UX team and architects in the production of wireframes and prototypes
Maintain constant communication with stakeholders and the development team throughout the entire SDLC
Train end users on new business applications
Up-to-date with the latest Business Analysis trends, techniques and technologies
What abilities will you need?
Constantly develop business domain knowledge in specific areas of the Public Sector
MS Office Suite
Requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM)
Modelling of the business domain – process and object/data
User interface design / modelling skills (e.g., Balsamiq, Axure, Visio)
Nice to have:
Previous experience in the Public Sector fixed–price projects
Certifications in Business Analysis (CPRE, BCS, CCBA or CBAP)
Extensive knowledge of business information systems and processes
Experience with working in a geographically distributed project team

What experience do you need?
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration, IT, political studies, public administration or a closely related field
4-7 years of relevant work experience
