• Collects and documents business requirements, analyzes the impact of changes in the organization and supports the business throughout the project implementation process
• Offers support to the project team in prioritizing business requests and elaborates the functional requirements document
• Ensures that the proposed implementation solution and solution design is in line with the business goals
• Co-ordinates the testing process and offers support to the project team in elaborating the testing plans, testing requirements, testing scenarios
• Draw up together with the project team the User Guideline, other relevant materials for the project beneficiary, the training documentation
• University degree in Economics/ Computer Science domains
• Minimum 2 years experience in using Business Analysis methods and tools
• Demonstrated ability to understand and explain issues from both a technical and a business functional point of view
• Ability to identify and interpret the stakeholders requirements
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in virtual teams
• Good analytical and problem solving experience
• Fluent in English (written/verbal)
• Disponibility for travelling to Cluj (no more than 25%)
• Knowledge in MS Office products, JIRA and other issue tracking tools
