• Identifies, investigates and reports trends and opportunities regarding the Company’s portfolios , challenges and advises the management team on strategic decisions;
• Proactively reviews KPIs and targets at portfolio and team level (daily, monthly, weekly) and signals to management team significant variances, propose solutions and strategies;
• Assists team leaders and the management team with their requirements (non-hardware) regarding ad-hoc reports and analysis;
• Verify accuracy of data extracted in new reports, according to business requirements previously established;
• Captures and documents and implement the business requirements for new reports.
• Proactively analysis of data;
• Very good communication skills with both technical and non-technical people;
• Ability to work in a dynamic team and able to handle information from various industries;
• Results oriented and focused on meeting tight timelines;
• Ability to analysis and synthesis is very important;

EDUCATION: University degree with good technical knowledge and business understanding (graduate of Mathematics / Statistics / Cybernetics is a plus);
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Experience in Finance or in the banking / IFN sector is a plus;
Min. 12 months of work experience in a similar position in an Operational Departments: (Business Analyst, Reporting Analyst etc.) is a must;
PC KNOWLEDGE: Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Experience with MS Access; SQL knowledge is a must;
