This banking company is seeking to hire for its branches in Bucharest, Timisoara, Cluj-Napoca & Brasov Business Client Advisor for Medium Business Clients
Your main responsibilities:
• Builds and maintain a portfolio of medium business clients.
• Establishes meetings with potential new clients and visits them at their business premises
• Identifies the client’s real financial needs
• Prepares the complete business offer and proposes it to the client
• Provides an excellent customer care to the bank’s clients
• Constant monitoring of the development of business portfolio
• Observes relevant market trends and developments

• University degree
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a similar position in another bank
• Very good analytical and strategic thinking skills and judgment, along with the ability to communicate complex issues in a structured and concise manner
• Willingness and ability to communicate with colleagues also in other countries
• Ability to communicate and cooperate with the senior management of business clients on a level playing field
• Good level of English knowledge
• Driving license
