A major and fast expanding international company, operating all over world is looking for qualified candidates to fill the position of
BUSINESS CONSULTANT
Main responsibilities include:
* Analyzing client business/functional requirements and relate them to the company's products capability.
* Identifying any issues together with proposals for their resolution (e.g. workarounds or changes in processes) and ensure any solutions proposed are realistic and within the agreed scope of the project.
* Obtaining client agreement on proposed business solutions including end to end process overviews.
* Completing solution design documents for business areas as defined in work package.
* Defining business solutions for customization and configuration needs for the company's products as per agreed business definitions.
* Writing business solution documents clearly outlining the business requirement and proposed business solution.
The successful candidate should have the following attributes:
* Overall understanding of the Banking business;
* 4-5 years in a bank in their Front office, back office and the corporate divisions (Product / process roll out ) and 2-3 years in consulting;
* IT oriented: knowledge of a banking software application; excellent knowledge in PowerPoint, Excel as well as other MS Office environment applications;
* Quick thinker and quick learner;
* Engagement skills - good social skills;
* Ability and aptitude to learn the products of the company;
* Willing to travel up to 180 days/year to clients' locations.
