The Business Deployment Manager is responsible for
consulting the corporate internal business owners and the country business owners (E-Marketing, CRM, E-Commerce) about MyMETRO Online Platform
the international rollout of MyMETRO and new features
the functional operation start of new features
instruction and coordination of the project team for a rollout
training of (key) users and the provision of training material
functional documentation
support of the local project team (during the UAT and post Go-Live phase)
support for Process Analysts within the requirements engineering process
Experience level: Senior (5+ years project experience)
General skills
Very good English language skills (further languages are welcome)
Very good communication skills
High degree of Internet affinity
Good leadership skills
Good analytical skills
Ability to work in interdisciplinary and intercultural teams
Service oriented appearance
Willingness to travel
Business Skills
Knowledge of project management techniques (and project working models)
Rollout experience (either standard or self developed software) within international environments (or similar)
Experience with Content Management Systems & Processes (best case Pirobase/ Sitecore) from functional perspective
Experience with the execution of Customer Care activities and User Trainings
Knowledge of Internet Technologies and Internet System Architectures
Experience in E-Marketing and E-Commerce (best case retailer industry)
