Developing relationships with potential and new clients in Bucharest;
Handling and preparing of commercial offers;
Analyzing and studying the needs of the company's clients and propose the best solutions in terms of sales;
Negotiating contracts with new clients or with the existing ones for the new projects;
Continuously updating the company's database;
Reporting to the management.
Minimum 3 years of experience in services sales B2B (HR services/telecom/medical/financial) ;
Proficiency in English language, Italian would be an advantage;
Strong communication,negotiation and presentation skills;
Ability to evaluate,prioritize and solve a variety of tasks to ensure their timely and accurate completion;
Flexibility,open - mind,initiative orientation;
Driving license B category.
