Creating, monitoring and implementation of strategic plans and the development of the Company, including in particular:
-Supervision of pricing and trading of the Company
-Creation and supervision of company development
-Ensure implementation of company strategy
-Responsible for public relations
Qualifications:
-Higher education
-Minimum five years of experience in management
-Good knowledge of the technical industry (geodesy, railways, roads, gas)
- Very good knowledge of English
-Ability to think strategically
-Focus on strategic objectives
Professional experience
Management and trading area
-Five years experience of management in engineering or construction company, or
-Experience in infrastructure management companies
-Experience in trade negotiation
-Knowledge of engineering, architecture and consulting market
-Wide contacts and business networking in the engineering and construction field
Personal qualification
-Strong leadership skills
-Ability to make permanent relationship with client and with partners inside capital group
-Ability to efficient communicate and execute entrusted task results
-Initiative, energy and dynamism in activity
-Strong orientation on the result
-Strong engagement
