For our client, one of the world’s largest direct seller, Adecco Professional Placement is looking for a
Business Finance Analyst
Main Responsabilities:
•Sales reporting to local and region (SOS, FSF) for Romania and Moldova
•Daily Sales Reporting
•Hyperion reporting (Statistics, KPIs, Outlook sales and gross margin)
•Month closing US GAAP for Romania and Moldova (calculation of obsolescence provision, destroyed
products provision, returns provision, revenue recognition, accruals for royalty, leaders and zone managers
commissions, US GAAP inventory reporting and reconciliation etc)
•Internal Controls compliance and documentation, point of contact for business finance area with Internal
and external audit
•Budget and Outlook preparation for Sales, Gross Margin and Hyperion reporting
•Gross Margin reconciliation
•Post mortem analysis of closed campaigns with regards to gross margin results
•Launch P&L for main products launches in the year and follow up
•Local incentives tracking and follow up
•Ad-hoc analysis for sales and gross margin
Required Qualifications, experience and education
University degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g.,ACCA, CIMA) is preferred
Typically 3+ years of experience as a financial analyst or finance functions
Excellent Microsoft Office skills with proficiency in Excel , Power Point
Hyperion System 9 knowledge is a plus
Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis
Excellent analytical and business application skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills
Excellent understanding of accounting principles (US GAAP) and financial analysis
Result oriented, proactive in proposing ideas and recommendations
