Job Purpose:
This role will be primarily responsible for creating, driving, and reporting our business performance and will also support key operational improvements to scale the business. In this position, responsibilities include, but are not limited to extracting and analyzing Client Services (CS) operations data, from various systems and methods to include providing clear analysis report summaries which will be used by Client Services management heads for key decisions and executive reporting. This role will also include the creation and establishment of processes and procedures on how data is processed from end to end and internal system enhancements.
This role will require a passion for data quality and integrity and will work closely with the CS operations, CS governance and Systems and Processes teams to ensure integrity of the CS systems, data and processes.
This position requires strong communication and computer skills, attention to detail, positive professional can do attitude, with ability to work independently and also as part of a team. As organizing and running system and process improvement projects the Operations Analyst will also need to have good time management and organisational skills.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
•All members of the operations team are expected to adhere to high standard of quality and presentation of all deliverables
•All members of the operations team are expected to provide input on how operations processes can be carried out more effectively and efficiently by developing an understanding of the CS business challenges and help formulate business and system process solutions
•Lead the design, development and implementation of new processes to improve overall CS operational performance
•Specify and develop CS reports and provide ad hoc reports and analysis as directed by CS operations manager or CS management
•Support systems and processes with user guides, user training and enhancement testing
•Support and participate as member or team leader to implement new internal software applications or upgrades to existing business systems
•Respond to inquiries from internal teams, as required
•Deputise for CS operations manager when required
Skills and Qualifications:
•Educational & Proficiency level: Minimum 5 years of experience in Software industry related position.
• Languages: a good command of the English language which needs to be spoken clearly
• Communication: Demonstrated excellent written communication in English
•Technical knowledge: Microsoft, Excel (Expert level) , Word, Power Point, Visio
• Experience with Oracle databases and Business databases applications an advantage
• Time management: Ability to manage work load with excellent time management and multitasking/prioritization skills
•Strong organisation skills, experienced and motivated, dedicated and self-sufficient, strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
•Accuracy and attention to detail are key requirements for all the activities assigned to this role.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude; a high degree of accuracy is required.
•Friendly, articulate professional demeanor and the ability to excel in a team oriented environment.
